The Best Summer Salad (Purslane, Tomato & Cucumber)

The best one I promise.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber (1 Large)
  • Tomato (1 Medium)
  • Purslane (chopped – 1/2 cup)
  • Lemon Juice (3 Tbsp)
  • (Optional) Chilli Pepper (1 Medium)
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the Cucumber and Tomato.
  2. Put all three of them in a bowl.
  3. Add Chilli (Opt.), Lemon Juice and Salt.
  4. Mix them together.
  5. Ta-daa!
